About Disha Resources Ltd

Disha Resources Limited was initially incorporated as Arihant Avenues and Credit Limited on March 6, 1995 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
The Company altered its object by way of Special Resolution, the result of which was declared on 28th March, 2016 by addition of object of Trading of waste paper, recycling of paper, trading of textile and logistic.
It evolved in other segment i.e.
Trading of Metal Items (coil/sheets/plates), Motor blowers & condensers, copper pipe, copper fittings & in Fabrics Grey cloth & finish cloth.
Further, after the approval received from the various Government authorities, the name of the Company was changed from Arihant Avenues and Credit Limited to Disha Resources Limited on 30th March, 2017. The Company acquired freehold land in the Jhalore district of Rajasthan and at Ahmedabad, for construction of residential bungalows.

Rishab Special Yarns Limited was incorporated on 17 August 1987 with the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The Company was initially engaged into the business of manufacturing and processing of Polyester Filament Yarn.
It was forced to stop operations due to financial losses arising from a number of factors including locational disadvantage.
The present business activities of the Company include texturising, twisting and dyeing of Polyester Filament Yarn.
