About Divgi Torqtransfer Systems Ltd

Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Company with the name 'Divgi Metalwares Private Limited' on December 16, 1964, issued by the Registrar of Companies at Mumbai and later on, Company was changed to 'Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on March 10, 2022.
The Company is amongst the very few automotive component entities in India to develop and provide system level transfer case, torque coupler and dual clutch automatic transmissions (DCT) solutions.
It design, develop, manufacture and supply engineered, turnkey solutions and components to automotive OEMs across India, USA, China, Korea, Russia and Others. The Company manufacture and supply a variety of products under the broad categories of torque transfer systems, including 4 wheel-drive (4WD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) products; synchronizer systems for manual transmissions and DCT; and components for torque transfer systems and synchronizer systems in manual transmission, DCT, and EVs.

Enkei Wheels (India) Limited was incorporated on March 30, 2009.
The Company obtained a Certificate of Commencement of Business on May 29 2009.
The Company is one of the leading Indian manufacturers of aluminium alloy wheels for two wheelers and four-wheelers. The principal activities of Company are manufacturing of aluminium alloy casting wheels , mainly used in auto industry. ' Their state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Pune has a production capacity of 2W 1,20,000 and 4W 90,000 pieces per month. As a part of the Enkei Group, Company started the operations in Pune since year 2009, the Company came into existence through the Demerger of Alicon Castalloy Ltd (Formerly known as Enkei Castalloy Ltd.). In 2010, Company acquired the Wheel Business of Enkei Castalloy Limited (ECL) pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement between Enkei Castalloy Limited and the Company.
