About Divgi Torqtransfer Systems Ltd

Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Company with the name 'Divgi Metalwares Private Limited' on December 16, 1964, issued by the Registrar of Companies at Mumbai and later on, Company was changed to 'Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on March 10, 2022.
The Company is amongst the very few automotive component entities in India to develop and provide system level transfer case, torque coupler and dual clutch automatic transmissions (DCT) solutions.
It design, develop, manufacture and supply engineered, turnkey solutions and components to automotive OEMs across India, USA, China, Korea, Russia and Others. The Company manufacture and supply a variety of products under the broad categories of torque transfer systems, including 4 wheel-drive (4WD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) products; synchronizer systems for manual transmissions and DCT; and components for torque transfer systems and synchronizer systems in manual transmission, DCT, and EVs.

About Menon Bearings Ltd

Incorporated on 4 July, 1991, Menon Bearings Limited (MBL) commenced business on 23 September, 1991.
Promoted by Menon Pistons, MBL is engaged into manufacturing of critical engine components i.e Bearings, bushes, thrust washers used in long haul, heavy duty diesel engines & multi axle vehicles at two locations and manufacturing of aluminium die casting components at another location.
It has now diversified from applications in engines to brakes, transmission, axles, steering, suspension, marine, power generation, electrical etc. It came out with a public issue in Jan.'93 to part-finance its Rs 8.17-cr project to manufacture the above items and to meet long-term working capital requirements.
The plant is located at MIDC, Kolhapur.
MBL has a technical agreement with King, Israel, which provides technical know-how for design, manufacture and commissioning.
