Divine Power Energy Limited (DPEL) was initially incorporated on August 24, 2001, as PDRV Enterprises Private Limited', a Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.
The Company's name was changed from PDRV Enterprises Private Limited' to Dee Power and Electricals Private Limited' dated May 11, 2023.
Again, the name was changed from Dee Power and Electricals Private Limited' to Divine Power Energy Private Limited' dated July 11, 2023.
Subsequently, Company got converted from a Private Company to Public Company dated August 03, 2023 attaining the name of the Company to Divine Power Energy Limited'.
The Company made a fresh issue of 56,88,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 22.76 crore by way of IPO on June 27, 2024.
The Company is a manufacturer of insulated wire, cable wire, cable and other insulated conductors at Sahibabad (Uttar Pradesh).
About Prime Cable Industries Limited
The Promoter, Purshotam Singla commenced his journey in 1997 with a sole proprietor concern titled Prime Cable Industries' wherein he started the business of manufacturing and trading of electrical cables and allied items.
To expand the business, Purshotam Singla and Vijay Lakshmi Singla incorporated R C Cable Private Limited' in 2008 to continue with manufacturing and trading of cables and wires.
Effective April 1, 2009, the business of Prime Cable Industries was acquired and taken over by the Company as a going concern basis.
Further, in February 2019, Company's name was changed to Prime Cable Industries Private Limited.
Subsequently, both the sons of our Promoters, Purshotam Singla and Vijay Lakshmi Singla i.e.
Naman Singla and Nikunj Singla joined the Company as Promoters since October 2018, further contributing to its ongoing growth and expansion.
