In November 2021, the Company made an IPO of 9,96,000 Equity Shares by raising funds aggregating to Rs. 2.09 Crore, comprising a Fresh Issue of 7,98,000 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs 1.68 Crore and 1,98,000 Offer for Sale of Equity Shares aggregating to Rs.

NIS Management Limited was started in Kolkata in year 1985 by Mr. Debajit Choudhury as a sole proprietorship and converted into a Private Limited Company as NIS Management Private Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 23, 2006, issued by Registrar of Companies, Kolkata.
