About Dolphin Medical Services Ltd

Dolphin Medical Services Limited, established in September, 1992 is an organization promoted by the doctors from the coastal region of Andhra Pradesh.
The Chief Promoters are Dr. M. S. S. Koteswara Rao, an eminent physician and former Minister for Health in Andhra Pradesh and Dr. G. V. Mohan Prasad, a Radiologist cum ENT specialist. The Company has been providing comprehensive Diagnostic Services since 1994, with a range of tests covering Radiology and Imaging, Biochemistry, Pathology and Microbiology etc., to the people of the coastal region of Andhra Pradesh. The Company was able to withstand the tough competition in the market and still enhance its profitability of the Company.
The present status of the Company is that the Company was debt free and later made profit making for past many years.

About Pramodini Medicare Ltd

Pramodini Medicare Limited was originally incorporated on September 12, 2000 as 'Pramodini Medicare Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh.
Thereafter, the status of the Company changed to public limited Company and the name was changed to 'Pramodini Medicare Limited' vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 12, 2025. Company was originally incorporated in the year 2000 with the objective to provide diagnostic services.
The Company provide a range of technology-enabled diagnostic services such as radiology, clinical laboratory and nuclear medicine service to public hospitals, private hospitals, certain PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) of Government of India and medical colleges across tier I, tier II and tier III cities throughout India. Diagnostic services include a comprehensive range of offerings: (i) 'Radiology' which covers Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT scan), X- ray, Ultrasound with colour doppler, Mammography, DEXA Scan and Intervention Radiology, (ii) 'Clinical Laboratory' which includes Haematology, Micro-Biology, Immunology, Pathology & Bio-Chemistry and (iii) 'Nuclear Medicine' which includes PET-CT (Positron Emission Tomography-Computed Tomography), SPECT (Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography) and Nuclear therapy.
