DSJ Keep Learning Limited, formerly known DSJ Communications Limited was established in November, 1989.
The Company changed the name from DSJ Communications Limited to DSJ Keep Learning Limited' on 29th June, 2021. During 1994-95, the company came out with a public issue at a premium of Rs 140 to the Indian public and at Rs 165 to overseas corporate bodies.
It has promoted DSJ Asia Communications, incorporated in Hong Kong, and has started publication activities to tap international readership. Over the past one year, Company has partnered with the likes of Jagdish Sheth School of Management, INSOFE, True School of Music, and have brought 100+ learners into the fold of business platform.
The areas of curriculum development and student experience are still in their nascent stage, which expects results for the same to come out in the upcoming financial year.

Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Limited (SCILAL), categorized as Schedule C' Public Sector Enterprise of Government of India, was incorporated on November 10, 2021 as a Wholly owned Subsidiary of Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI).
The Company was incorporated with the object of holding and disposing the Non-core Assets of SCI distinct from the disinvestment transaction initiated by the Government of India. The demerger order transferring SCI's non-core assets into SCILAL was issued by MCA on 22nd February, 2023.
