Promoted by Eco Hotels UK PLC, Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited was initially incorporated as Sharad Fibres & Yarn Processors Limited on July 2, 1987 in Maharashtra.
The name of the Company was changed from Sharad Fibres & Yarn Processors Limited to Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited on February 20, 2023. Initially, Company engaged in processing, texturising, crimping, spinning, twisting, knitting, manufacturing, exchanging, trading, commission agents, importing and exporting or dealing in fibres, yarn cloth and fabrics made from cotton, wool, silk, artsilk, rayon, nylon, polyester, acrylic or any other natural or manmade and synthetic fibres and yarns.
At present, the Company is involved in the business of hotel operations. Eco Hotels consists of four sub-brands: The Eco, Eco Xpress, Eco Value and Eco Satva.

About Jungle Camps India Ltd

Jungle Camps India Limited was originally incorporated as 'Pench Jungle Resorts Private Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 22, 2002, with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
Subsequently, the Company's name was changed to 'Jungle Camps India Private Limited' on February 15, 2024.
Thereafter, Company converted into a Public Limited and the name was changed to 'Jungle Camps India Limited'.
A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi on June 13, 2024.
The Company launched the IPO by issuing 40,86,400 equity shares of Rs 10 by raising Rs 29.42 crores in December, 2024. Founded in 2002, Company has evolved into a distinguished collection of award-winning wildlife and conservation-focused lodges.
