The name of the Company was changed from Sharad Fibres & Yarn Processors Limited to Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited on February 20, 2023. Initially, Company engaged in processing, texturising, crimping, spinning, twisting, knitting, manufacturing, exchanging, trading, commission agents, importing and exporting or dealing in fibres, yarn cloth and fabrics made from cotton, wool, silk, artsilk, rayon, nylon, polyester, acrylic or any other natural or manmade and synthetic fibres and yarns.
At present, the Company is involved in the business of hotel operations. Eco Hotels consists of four sub-brands: The Eco, Eco Xpress, Eco Value and Eco Satva.

Praveg Limited was formerly incorporated as 'Sword & Shield Pharma Limited' on March 23, 1992 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat State.
The Company obtained Certificate of Commencement on March 7, 1995.
Thereafter, the name of the Company changed from 'Sword & Shield Pharma Limited' to 'Praveg Communications (India) Limited' dated December 2, 2020.
