Promoted by Eco Hotels UK PLC, Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited was initially incorporated as Sharad Fibres & Yarn Processors Limited on July 2, 1987 in Maharashtra.
The name of the Company was changed from Sharad Fibres & Yarn Processors Limited to Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited on February 20, 2023. Initially, Company engaged in processing, texturising, crimping, spinning, twisting, knitting, manufacturing, exchanging, trading, commission agents, importing and exporting or dealing in fibres, yarn cloth and fabrics made from cotton, wool, silk, artsilk, rayon, nylon, polyester, acrylic or any other natural or manmade and synthetic fibres and yarns.
At present, the Company is involved in the business of hotel operations. Eco Hotels consists of four sub-brands: The Eco, Eco Xpress, Eco Value and Eco Satva.

About Sayaji Hotels Ltd

Sayaji Hotels Limited (SHL) was incorporated in April, 1982 as a private limited company as 'Monali Land & Housing Company Private Limited' which was converted into a public limited company in April, 1987 and commenced its operations in January, 1990.
It was promoted by Razak D. Dhanani.
Other group companies include M P Agra Fertilisers and Welterman International. The company came out with a rights issue in Jan.'95 at a premium of Rs 20 aggregating Rs 3.27 cr to part-finance the setting up of a three-star hotel in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, (total cost : Rs 12.35 cr). SHL is in the hotel industry and has hotels at various locations such as Vadodara and Gandhidham.
The company hotel projects are at business centres like Rajkot, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Bhopal and other places.
At present, it is engaged in the business of owning, operating & managing hotels.
