About Ecos (India) Mobility & Hospitality Ltd

Ecos (I) Mobility & Hospitality Limited was originally incorporated as 'ET TRAV-AIDES Private Limited' a Private Limited Company dated February 15, 1996, with the RoC. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to 'Ecos (India) Mobility & Hospitality Private Limited' dated September 23, 2008.
Again, the name was changed to 'Ecos (India) Mobility & Hospitality Limited' upon conversion to a Public Limited Company and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 22, 2024, was issued by the RoC. The Company is the largest and most profitable chauffeur driven mobility provider to corporates.
It is primarily engaged in the business of providing chauffeured car rentals (CCR) and employee transportation services (ETS) and have been providing these services to corporate customers including Fortune 500 companies in India for more than 25 years.

About United Van Der Horst Ltd

United Van Der Horst Limited, popularly known as UVDHL is now a part of the Max Spare Group of Companies.
Earlier, it was known as Spareage Seals Limited, one of the largest suppliers of hydraulic, pneumatic and rotary seals and o-rings since 1959.
Established in 1990, United Van Der Horst Limited, formed as a collaborator between the UB Group (India) and Dr. Van Der Horst B.V. (Holland), presently provides Reconditioning, Re-standardizing, Reverse Engineering & Manufacturing services to most of the core sectors such as Marine, Oil Field, Power Plants, Petrochemicals, Mining and other major processing industries by combining the patented 'Porous Krome' and hard chrome plating techniques with highly specialized welding processes. The Company carried out many repairs/reconditioning & manufacturing jobs well within the stipulated time frame and has maintained a high success rate of customer satisfaction.
