The Company is presently in the business of selling IT peripheral devices and related services. Under the leadership of the promoter, Mr. Vijay Mandora, the Company bought the mission to offer reliable, effective, and affordable data centre & cloud services to the consumers, small business and midsize businesses and is a true company in the area of Information Technology with the new concept of Data Centre & cloud service offering etc. Headquartered in Gujarat and established in year 2009, Company hold more than two decades experience in forensics consulting solutions.

Omni Ax's Software Limited (OASL) was incorporated on April 2nd, 1992 as Omni Ax's Software Pvt.
Limited and subsequently converted into a public limited Company on December 6, 1999.
The Company was a dormant company till 1994 and the activities in the company were commenced from 1994 for providing software training and development. The Company was originally promoted by K Govindrajan and D Rajendiran but subsequently the ownership of the company was taken over by P.G.
