Incorporated in 1985, Eldeco Housing and Industries Limited (EHIL) is a leading real estate developer in Lucknow.
The Company is primarily engaged in promotion, construction, development and sale of townships, residential, commercial properties and developed plots.
EHIL is a part of Eldeco Group, which is one of North India's prominent real estate developers with an expertise in housing and commercial spaces in Tier I, Tier II and Tier III towns.
EHIL's success is driven by its timely delivery of quality projects and exceptional customer service. Prior to this, the Group originally established as 'Eldeco Construction Pvt Ltd' in 1975, was founded by S K Garf, a civil engineering lecturer-turned-technocrat businessman.

About Rap Corp Ltd

Rap Corp Limited was initially incorporated in 1994 under the name 'Rap Media Limited'.
The name of the Company has changed from Rap Media Limited to Rap Corp Limited with statutory approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs with effect from January 24, 2025. Initially, the Company was carrying on the business of real estate and construction, running of various malls and multiplexes, in recent past and the Company was having various sites/ malls located into the various parts of northern region of India.
During the past few years, the Company kept all its projects on hold due to adverse market conditions.
