Name of the Company was changed from 'Dhruv Makhan (I) Limited' to ' Vaghani Techno-Build Limited' w.e.f. 2th October, 2006.
The Company is presently engaged in trading of Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) and Real Estate Development. The company set up a plant at Badarkha, Gujarat, with an installed capacity of 9900 liter per day to manufacture and process pasteurised milk.
The company came out with a public issue of 55,60,000 shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating to Rs 556 lac, to part-finance the project. By completion of open offer process, Company has transitioned from a loss making position to posting a net profit in the current period 2024-25.

Vas Infrastructure Limited, initially incorporated in February, 1994 as a Private Limited Company as 'Vasparr Consultancy Services Private Limited' was converted into a Public Limited Company in September, 1994.
The Company was renamed to Vas Animation & Entertainment Limited' (VAEL) during the year 1999-2000 and thereafter, to 'Vas Infrastructure Limited' w.e.f. 29 July, 2006. During year 1998-99, Company diversified into new areas of activities in Entertainment and Software/Hardware in Computer System and manufacture and sale of plastic, metal drums/barrels. The Company commenced new line of activity, infrastructure work effective from April 1, 2006.
