Energy Mission Machineries (India) Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Energy Mission Machineries (India) Private Limited' on January 17, 2011 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
Thereafter, the status of Company converted to Public Limited, and the name was changed from 'Energy-Mission Machineries (India) Private Limited' to 'Energy-Mission Machineries (India) Limited' vide fresh Certificate dated August 11, 2023. Incorporated in 2011, Energy Mission design and manufacture CNC, NC and conventional metal forming machines which caters to the industrial sector requirement for metal fabrication solutions.
The Company provide manufacturers with vital precision machines which are required for metal cutting and forming operations.
Their machines are utilized across industries such as automotive, steel, pre-engineered building, furniture, HVAC, agricultural equipments, road construction equipments, elevators, food processing machinery, metalworking workshops and many others.

About Lippi Systems Ltd

Lippi Systems Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in October, 1993 as Lippi Systems Private Limited in the State of Gujarat and converted into Public Limited Company.
The Company is engaged in gravure cylinders which are widely used in Rota Gravures Printing, Anilox Rollers for flexo, Adhesive Coating, Decorative printing since 1993. The Company is having plant for manufacturing of rotogravure printing cylinder at New Ahmedabad Industrial Estate.
The Company has also finalized orders with suppliers for major Plant & Machinery. For the expansion scheme as well as for the purpose of working capital requirement the company had issued 40,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.26/- per share on preferential issue basis in 2000-2001.
The installed capacity of Rotogravure Printing Cylinders was increased to 1700 Sq Mtrs during 2001-02 and the commercial production was commenced in December, 2001.
