Their machines are utilized across industries such as automotive, steel, pre-engineered building, furniture, HVAC, agricultural equipments, road construction equipments, elevators, food processing machinery, metalworking workshops and many others.

In consideration of demerger of Heavy Engineering and Steel Foundry businesses of Texmaco Limited as above, the Company as per the Scheme of Arrangement allotted one Equity Share of Re.1/- each fully paid up against one Equity Share of Re.
