EP Biocomposites Limited was incorporated as Public Limited Company on January 17, 2020 with the Registrar of Companies, Goa.
Further, pursuant to Business Takeover Agreement dated August 31, 2021, the Company took over the running business of M/s.
OM Ventures, a proprietorship concern through one of its Promoter Leena Kamat.
In September 2022, Company made an Initial Public Offer of 5,04,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs. 6.35 Crore. The Company is involved in manufacturing and supplying of a vast portfolio of products and services, which includes Fibre Glass doors and allied products, Bio Digester Toilets with DRDO technology and actively contributing to wastewater recycling through its solution in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).

Ruchi Infrastructure Limited (RIL) was incorporated on 28 August 1984 as Columbia Leasing & Finance Limited.
It changed the name to Ruchi Infrastructure & Finance Limited on 2 September 1994 and again to Ruchi Infrastructure Limited on 14 June 1995.
The Company is primarily engaged in the businesses of Storage infrastructure for handling bulk storage of liquid commodities such as edible oils, petroleum etc, Infrastructure Development and Refining of Edible oils and manufacture of Vanaspati.
The state of the art production facility of the Company for refining of edible oils and manufacture of vanaspati is located at Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh.
