Thereafter, as per the Approved Scheme of Amalgamation, name of the Company changed to Green Fire Agri Commodities Limited on July 20, 2012.
It again changed to Proseed India Limited on 20 January, 2016 and subsequently to Equippp Social Impact Technologies Limited on June 23, 2021. The Company is mainly engaged in new age technologies and next generation IT solutions & services Company, enabling organizations to capture the business benefits of emerging technologies of digital engineering, business intelligence, analytics, machine learning, testing and IT Consulting.

Reliable Data Services Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Reliable Data Services Private Limited' on March 22, 2001 with the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T of Delhi and Haryana.
Further, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company to 'Reliable Data Services Limited' with effect from July 25, 2017. In October 2017, the Company came up with an IPO of issuing 26,00,000 Equity Shares by raising money from public aggregating Rs 14.82 Crore.
