Again, the name changed to Escorp Asset Management Private Limited on August 18, 2016.
The status was changed to Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Escorp Asset Management Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 14, 2016 was issued to Company by Registrar of Companies.
Company is a subsidiary of Aryaman Financial Services Limited (AFSL), which is the flagship company of the Aryaman Group. Company is registered with SEBI for providing portfolio management services.
