About Ester Industries Ltd

Incorporated in February, 1985, Ester Industries Limited is a manufacturer of polyester film and Specialty Polymer.
Promoted by Sitaram Singhania, along with J P Shroff, the Company is having installed capacity 36000 TPA Polyester Chips, 18000 TPA Polyester Films and 6000 TPA Dope-dyed Coarse Denier Polyester Filament Yarn.
The total cost of the project was Rs 84.4 crores, which was part-financed by a public issue in Feb.'88.
Ester Industries was the first company in the country to have integrated operations to manufacture three products, polyester chips, polyester film and dope-dyed polyester filament yarn.
It operate a working plant in Khatima, Uttaranchal. The Company is having two wholly owned foreign subsidiaries i.e Ester International (USA) Ltd and Ester Europe GmbH. EIL is considering various options, including private placement with FIIs, to raise around Rs 14 cr to pay the overdue interest as per the revival package.

About Vama Wovenfab Ltd

Vama Wovenfab Limited was initially incorporated on March 16, 2011, as a private Company as 'Vama Wovenfab Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
Subsequently, the status was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Vama Wovenfab Limited' on August 21, 2025 via fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Processing Centre. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and selling Polypropylene (PP)/ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Woven Sack Bags & Fabric based products like HDPE Trampoline and Coloured Woven Fabric Sheets, Loop handle bags.
It also trade in plastic granules.
The Company established its manufacturing unit at Bhimpore, Daman and commenced production in 2013.
The unit started with a production of Poly Propylene / H.
