A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on May 28, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Company was established to address the industry-wide gap in Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) training for airline personnel, particularly within the Indian civil aviation sector.
The Company launched its operations at Gurugram in 2015.
