Forbes & Company Limited, formerly known as Forbes Gokak Limited, was initially incorporated on November 18, 1919.
In year 1972, Patel-Volkart Limited was amalgamated with the Company with effect from June 30, 1972 and the name was changed to Gokak Patel Volkart Limited on December 31, 1973.
In 1992, Forbes Campbell & Co Ltd was amalgamated with the Company and the name of the Company was changed to Forbes Gokak Limited on September 28, 1992 and was further changed to Forbes & Company Limited on October 25, 2007. Forbes & Company Limited is one of the oldest companies of the world that is still in existence.
The company operates with a diversified portfolio comprising Engineering, Industrial Automation, Consumer Durables (Water and Air Products), Chemical Tankers and Real Estate.

Orient Tradelink Limited was incorporated on 22nd August 1994, with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
The Company is engaged in the business of production, marketing and releasing Movies, Animated Movies, Television Serials, Song Albums, running shows on TV and Radio to name a few.
