Later, the Firm was converted into a Private Company with the name Forge Auto International Private Limited' pursuant to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 25, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh, Punjab.
The Company subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company with the name Forge Auto International Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 1, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana. Since 2001, Forge Auto has evolved from a modest unit into a professionally managed, engineering enterprise specializing in customized closed-die hot forgings in carbon and alloy steel (from 1 kg to 20 kg).

Thereafter, the proprietorship firm was further incorporated as Partnership Firm in the name of 'Hilton Forge' on August 1, 2003, who took over the business of the proprietorship firm.
Further, the Partnership Firm got converted into a public limited company as Hilton Metal Forging Limited on July 21, 2005.
The Company is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing of iron and steel forging, recognized export house, presently catering to the needs of Railways, Oil & Gas, Refineries and pharmaceutical industries. In the year 1999, the company was registered as a small scale industrial unit and they started manufacturing pipe fitting items like Stainless Steel Flanges & Stub Ends.
