About Fractal Industries Ltd
Fractal Industries Limited was incorporated as 'Fractal Industries Private Limited' as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 9, 2020, issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
Further, Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of Company was changed from 'Fractal Industries Private Limited' to 'Fractal Industries Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 13, 2025 was issued by the Central Processing Centre.
Initially, Company started manufacturing garments for Myntra.
Gradually, year on year basis, it started manufacturing for other marketplaces as well.
With a monthly manufacturing capacity of more than 3,00,000 garment units, it has built a robust supply chain capable of handling multiple daily orders and shipments across multiple marketplaces.
