About Gallantt Ispat Ltd.

Gallantt Ispat Limited, a Gallantt Group of Companies, was incorporated in February, 2005 at Kolkatta as 'Gallantt Metal Limited'.
The Company name was changed from Gallantt Metal Limited to Gallantt Ispat Limited in June, 2022.
Company was promoted by Chandra Prakash Agrawal, Dinesh R Agarwal, Nitin Kandoi and Brij Mohan Joshi.
It was established to set up a plant in Kutch, Gujarat, for manufacturing Sponge Iron, M.S. Billets, Re- Rolled products (TMT bars) with a captive power plant. At present, the Company is engaged in the production of iron and steel products with power plant and having its manufacturing unit at Kutch district in the State of Gujarat and at Sahjanwa, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

About Rajputana Stainless Ltd

Rajputana Stainless Limited was initially incorporated as Rajputana Steel Castings Private Limited' dated April 2, 1991 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
Subsequently, the status was converted to a Public company, and the name was changed from Rajputana Steel Castings Private Limited' to Rajputana Steel Castings Limited', dated June 18, 2007.
Thereafter, name of the Company was changed to Rajputana Stainless Limited' dated July 12, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The Company started the commercial business in 1993 with manufacturing of mild steel products and steel castings.
At the time of incorporation, the Company was promoted and run by the erstwhile promoters i.e.
Shri O.P. Agarwal, and Shri Ram Sharan Tambi.
