Game Changers Texfab Limited was incorporated as 'Game Changers Texfab Private Limited' on April 6, 2015 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
Thereafter, Company was converted from a private limited to public limited and the name of the Company was changed to 'Game Changers Texfab Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 02, 2024 was issued by the Central Registration Centre. The Company was started by Mrs. Kavita Aggarwal and Mrs. Ankita Aggarwal in 2015 and later, was acquired by the Promoter, Mr. Sanjeev Goel and Mr. Ankur Aggarwal.
Presently, Company is engaged in finding the finest fabric material as per customer specifications and sourcing them from the right suppliers, ensuring the right material solutions.
The Company set up its first manufacturing unit and three Sourcing units in 2019-20.

SEL Manufacturing Company Limited was incorporated as Saluja Exim Limited on May 8, 2000 and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on June 2, 2000.
