About Ganga Forging Ltd
Ganga Forging Limited was originally incorporated as 'Ganga Forgoing Private Limited' at Ahmedabad, as a Private limited company dated December 29, 1988.
Subsequently, Company converted into a Public limited company and the name was changed to 'Ganga Forging Limited' on October 30, 2017 vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation obtained from Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
The Company was started by Mr. Hiralal Tilva and Late Mr. Chhaganlal Patel.
Later on, Mr. Rakesh Chhaganlal Patel joined the board of the Company and under their guidance the company has expanded its sales and operations.
The Company doesn't markets these products in own brand name.
Further, The Company sells these product as a semi-finished product to the supplier who further grinds the product.
In July, 2018 the Company came up with a Public Issue of 23,82,000 Equity Shares by raising equity capital aggregating Rs 5.
About National Fittings Ltd
National Fittings Limited was initially incorporated as 'Interfit Techno Products Limited' on 21 April, 1993 to manufacture and market SG Iron Grooved and Screwed Pipe Fittings, Stainless Pipe Fittings and Ball Valves for industrial and non-industrial applications.
The name of the Company was changed to 'National Fittings Limited' on 27 September, 2013.
Plant set up at Kaniyur, Tamilnadu.
Phase-I of the project commenced production in Jan.'95 to manufacture stainless steel pipe fittings with an installed capacity of 2.4 lac pieces.
While implementing phase I, the company, sensing export market for stainless steel ball valves, expanded the manufacturing facilities by adding additional building and machinery under phase II.
In Phase II, the company integrated forward into stainless steel ball valves (1200 tpa) to give value-addition to the castings it manufactures.
