GLEN Industries Limited was originally incorporated as 'GLEN Stationery Private Limited' as a Private Limited Company, with a Certificate of Incorporation dated October 05, 2007, issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
The Company name was later changed from 'GLEN Stationery Private Limited' to 'GLEN Industries Private Limited' on December 13, 2018.
Subsequently, Company converted from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company, and the name was changed to 'GLEN Industries Limited'.
A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued to our Company by the Central Processing Centre, Manesar, on August 09, 2024. The Company's principal product lines are thin-wall food containers, polylactic acid (PLA) straws, and paper straws, catering to the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering), Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), food and beverage, and dairy industries, both in India and in export markets including the United States, the European Union, the Middle East, and Africa.
