About Glottis Ltd

Glottis Limited was originally formed as a Partnership Firm named M/s Glottis' pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated June 24, 2004.
Subsequently, the Partnership Firm was converted into a Private Limited Company pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated April 18, 2022, issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre and Company got incorporated as Glottis Private Limited'.
The status of the Company converted into a Public Limited Company dated May 14, 2024 and the name was changed to Glottis Limited'. Glottis is primarily engaged in the provision of freight forwarding and logistical services, along with associated business operations.
The Company delivers end-to-end logistics solutions with multimodal capabilities across verticals to optimize the movement of goods across geographies including (i) ocean freight forwarding (project cargo load and full container load, import as well as export); (ii) air freight forwarding (import as well as export); (iii) road transportation; along with other ancillary services, including warehousing, storage, cargo handling, third-party logistics (3PL) services and custom clearance, among others.

Navkar Corporation Limited is one of India's largest Container Freight Stations (CFSs) and Inland Container Depots (ICDs), Rail Terminals, Container Train Operator, Warehousing and other supporting Logistics Solution providers.
The Company provide a wide range of customised, technology-enabled integrated logistics solutions and corporate mobility services.
As on March 31, 2025, the Company has three Container Freight Stations, two at Ajivali and one at Somathane in Panvel with aggregate installed capacity of over 5,35,000 TEUs per annum.
In addition to CFS facilities, it also operate an Inland Container Depot (ICD) in Morbi. The network consists of 3 CFSs in the vicinity of Nhava Sheva Port, 1 ICD in the hinterland of Saurashtra at Morbi served through Mundra and Kandla Ports, 2 PFTs, one adjacent to CFS at Somathane and one adjacent to ICD at Morbi, assorted bonded warehousing, general warehousing and transportation assets at all facilities, and 8 owned container rakes.
