About GNA Axles Ltd

GNA Axles Limited, incorporated on September 6, 1993, at Jalandhar had obtained a Certificate of Commencement of Business on April 5, 1994.
The Company is mainly engaged in the business of Manufacturing of Furniture and Company's products.
It manufactures auto components for four-wheeler industry, primary product being Rear Axles, Shafts, Spindles & other Automobiles Components for sale in domestic market and foreign market. The Company has manufacturing facilities at Mehtiana (Hoshiarpur) and Gulbargh Jattan (Kapurthala).
Both of these manufacturing facilities are ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified for manufacture of rear axle shafts, other shafts and spindles for automotive applications. Since their first supplies in 1995 and first exports in 2002-2003, the Company has grown to production levels of more than 2.

About Uravi Defence & Technology Ltd

Uravi Defence & Technology Limited was initially incorporated as a private limited company with the name 'Uravi T and Wedge Lamps Pvt.
Ltd' on 19 April 2004 in State of Maharashtra.
Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Uravi T and Wedge Lamps Limited on January 16, 2018.
With the due approval from the Registrar of Companies, Company has altered a change in name to 'Uravi Defence & Technology Limited' effective on January 16, 2025. The Company specialize in the manufacturing and distributing stop/tail/indicator lamps and wedge lamps for two and three wheelers, passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles, and tractors.
Currently, the Company is one of the largest manufacturers of wedge-base and signaling bulbs in India.
