Godawari Power & Ispat Limited, is an integrated steel company of Raipur-based Hira Group of Industries with a presence across the steel value chain extending from iron ore (two mines) to iron ore pellets and value-added steel products.
The Company is presently engaged in the business of Mining of Captive Iron Ore and Manufacturing of Iron Ore Pellets, Sponge Iron, Steel Billets, H.B. Wires, Ferro Alloys and generation of Power.

Mahalaxmi Seamless Limited was incorporated in April, 1991 and the Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained in June 1991.
The Company is a manufacturer and supplier specializing in high-quality cold-drawn seamless pipes, tubes, and welded tubes.
Their main business involves producing carbon steel and alloy steel pipes for industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, boilers, and engineering. The new steel grade SA213-T2 was developed and produced by the company for L&T Ltd in the year 1995-96.
It was the first of its kind in India.
