Goldcoin Health Foods Limited was incorporated as a private limited company in March, 1989 and was changed to a public limited company in March 1995.
The Company is engaged in Trading of Food Products mainly, in milk.
The Company collects Raw Material and supplies it to the big dairy for finished products.
The company which has its manufacturing facilities at Vasana, Gujarat, with an installed capacity of 1050 tons per annum (TPA). The commercial production commenced in Mar.'94 due to delay in installation of plant and machinery.
In 1995-96, the Company expanded the capacity from 1050 TPA to 4200 TPA which includes the manufacture of value-added therapeutic biscuits along with normal short dough, hard dough biscuits and crakers.

Ramasigns Industries Limited was originally incorporated on March 31, 1981 as a Private Limited Company in the name of 'Ram Decorative and Industrial Laminates Limited'.
The Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and was renamed as 'Rammaica India Limited' on July 13, 1992 and again from 'Rammaica India Limited' to 'Ramasigns Industries Limited' w.e.f. 23rd November, 2017. Ramasigns Industries is a trading company, which deals in trading of printing consumables like Flex, Vinyls, Sunboards, Lamination, One Way Vision, Foam Sheet, Corrugated Sheet, Inkjet Media, Eco Solvant Media etc..
Over the years, the Company developed various policies in providing innovative products to enhance the corporate advertising and marketing. In 1957, the company started trading in laminates, plywood and other allied materials under the name Ram & Company.
