Incorporated in 1987, Gravity (India) Limited is in the business of manufacturing of Synthetic fabrics and all kind of Shirting, Furnishing and Industrial Fabric from it's plant at Village Khutali in Dadra & Nagar Haveli UT. The company diversified into IT sector through it's Subsidiary, Gravity Infotech Ltd, in which Gravity India holds 80% of the paid up share capital.
The subsidiary company was incorporated on May 15, 2000 and received Certificate of Commencement of Business on Feb 28, 2001.

Rudra Ecovation Limited was initially incorporated as 'Himachal Fibres Limited' on February 20, 1980 at Delhi, which was subsequently changed to Rudra Ecovation Limited on June 8, 2022.
It was promoted by B K Garodia, a technocrat, in financial collaboration with Himachal Pradesh Mineral and Industrial Development Corporation (HPMIDC).
Presently, the Company manufactures cotton textile yarn such Synthetic yarn, Dyed yarn etc. The Company belongs to the then Birlas (Yash) Group.

The balance 15,30,000 shares were offered to the public in Dec.
