Groarc Industries India Limited was initially incorporated as 'Telesys Software Private Limited' in October 1992.
The Company subsequently was changed into a Public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Telesys Software Limited in November 1999.
Again, it was changed to Telesys Info-Infra (I) Limited on 5 November 2009 and later, the name of the Company was changed to Groarc Industries India Limited in 2024.
Company operated into two segments i.e.
Software development & sales in India and infrastructure, real estate and allied activities. The Company started its Data Center at Madras in 1993 for processing various data by using computer technology.

About Medistep Healthcare Ltd

Medistep Healthcare Limited was originally incorporated on June 05, 2023 as a Public Limited Company, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
Thereafter, the Company acquired the business of Proprietorship Concern of one of the Promoter Ms. Prajapati Hetalben Girdharilal viz, M/s MG Pharma through the business transfer agreement dated July 02, 2023.
Subsequently the business of sole proprietorship firm was transferred into Medistep Healthcare Limited as a going concern. Before the incorporation of Medistep Healthcare Limited, M/s MG Pharma was involved in the business of trading of pharmaceutical products, intimate care and hygiene products, surgical products, equipment and Nutraceutical products.
Medistep Healthcare is a Pharmaceutical Company that has carved a niche in the Healthcare Industry in manufacturing Sanitary pads, Energy powder and trading a diverse range of pharmaceutical products.
