Again, it was changed to Telesys Info-Infra (I) Limited on 5 November 2009 and later, the name of the Company was changed to Groarc Industries India Limited in 2024.
Company operated into two segments i.e.
Software development & sales in India and infrastructure, real estate and allied activities. The Company started its Data Center at Madras in 1993 for processing various data by using computer technology.

Real Eco-Energy Limited was initially incorporated as Hilllock Agro Foods (India) Limited on August 3, 1993.
