About Growington Ventures India Ltd

Growington Ventures India Limited was originally incorporated as 'VMV Tours & Travels Private Limited' on August 03, 2010 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
The name of the Company was changed to 'VMV Holidays Private Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 01, 2012.
Subsequently, upon the conversion of the Company into a Public Limited Company, name was changed to 'VMV Holidays Limited' dated March 20,2014 and further to 'Growington Ventures India Limited' dated September 28, 2021. In July 2015, the Company came up with a public issue of 15,60,000 Equity Shares by raising funds aggregating to Rs. 1.56 Crore. Previously the Company was engaged in travel and tourist business, in addition to conducting trading in normal course of business.
All of a sudden, the Company tours and travel business was adversely affected and it started experiencing losses.

About Osiajee Texfab Ltd

Osiajee Texfab Limited was originally incorporated on 13th February, 1995 as a Public Limited Company in the name & style of Osiajee Housing Finance Limited.
The Company was promoted with the main object of developing properties in Gujarat on its own initiative and to provide consulting services like architectural & engineering in the same line of business.
It commenced its business from 15th February, 1995 and thereafter was changed to 'Osiajee Texfab Limited' in January, 1996. Since the Company is located in Gujarat which itself acts as a hub for textile industry, it approved the decision of changing its Main Objects.
Owing to the change in Main Objects of the Company, it approved the Change of its Name from Osiajee Housing Developers Limited to Osiajee Texfab Limited with effect from 20th May, 2015.
