The Company's major business is Heavy & Large Fabrication & Large Machining Company working as sub-contractor for various Giant Engineering companies like BHEL /METSO / GEBR. PFEIFFER / L&T-MHPS / SMS Group / BEUMER Group / FLSmidth / Xylem / BGR Energy / NTPC etc. and is engaged in the execution of several Infrastructural Projects (Power /Mineral / Cement / Railways & Metros projects). The Company started small fabrication workshop in 1991, GTV has come a long way in being one of the key supplier of heavy engineering goods to various sectors such as cement plants, power plants ( thermal & hydro), mineral processing plants etc.

Rolex Rings Limited started the business under partnership firm by two of its Promoters, Rupesh Dayashankar Madeka and Manesh Dayashankar Madeka in 1977-78.
The partnership firm, was converted into a joint stock company, in the name of Rolex Rings Private Limited', incorporated on February 13, 2003, issued by the RoC. The Company's name was changed to Rolex Rings Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the RoC on March 10, 2021, recording the change of Company's name to Rolex Rings Limited'.
