Incorporated in 1993, Gujarat Credit Corporation Limited (GCCL) is engaged in the business of providing materials for real estate development.
Initially, Company was engaged in construction activities, computer trading and capital market activities.
GCCL has developed sophisticated real estate projects in both commercial and corporate segments.
From concept to completion, GCCL is into prime real estate development, coordinating a full spectrum of services including site acquisition, design and development, construction, marketing and sales.
It has constructed a variety of structures for corporates including corporate offices. The Company started investment activities both in the primary and secondary markets and these have made handsome contributions to the profits of the company.

Trescon Limited, formerly Pushpanjali Floriculture Limited was incorporated on September 20, 1995.
The Company's name was changed from Pushpanjali Floriculture Limited to Trescon Limited on 27 November, 2018.
The Company is engaged in providing services in the areas of Information Technology and allied operations on its own or joint ventures with others.
