Presently, the Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and processing of yarn.
It provide special type of threads in the garment industry. Maganbhai Parvadiya and Chandulal Parvadia are Promoters of the Company and were allotted shares on February 1, 2011.
They have been in the field of cotton ginning and pressing since last two decades.

About Shiva Texyarn Ltd

A part of the Rs 500-cr Bannari Amman group, based in Tamilnadu, Coimbatore, Shiva Texyarn Limited., formerly known as Annamallai Finance Limited (AFL) became a public limited Company in 1986.
The name of the company changed to Shiva Textyarn Limited from Annamalai Finance Limited in October, 2002.
