About Gujarat Poly Electronics Ltd

Gujarat Poly Electronics Limited was initially established as Gujarat Poly-Avx Electronics Limited in 1989.
The Company was promoted jointly by Polychem Ltd, AVX Corporation of U.S.A. and Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation Limited (GIIC).
The Company commenced commercial production in 1993.
This state of the art facility has been setup in the pollution free Electronic Estate in Gandhinagar district of Gujarat in collaboration with AVX Ltd., USA, a world leader in Passive Components.
The name of the Company was changed from Gujarat Poly-Avx Electronics Limited to Gujarat Poly Electronics Limited in 2017. The Company is a subsidiary of Polychem Ltd. Presently, the Company manufactures Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors in Radial, Axial & SMD Configurations, Single Layer Ceramic Disc Capacitors both High & Low Voltage & Metal Oxide Varistors.

About Siddheswari Garments Ltd

Siddheswari Garments Limited was incorporated on 20 October 1994.
The Company's main business activity was manufacturing and selling knitted hosiery Garments to cater the domestic market. In 2004-05, the Company initially ventured to restricted production on time sharing basis with other manufacturing units.
But due to continuous labor unrest at the manufacturing unit, the Company was forced to close down its production activities permanently.
It has since continued with trading activities and investing liquid funds to earn a return on idle capital. After having a self imposed discontinuation of normal business operation for year 2017-18, the Company since revived its normal business operations in year 2018-19.
However, the directors are seriously examining the viability of diverse project proposals to commence new ventures within the framework of the object clause of the Company's Memorandum of Association.
