The Company was founded in 1984.
GRIL is one of the major manufacturers of PE Tarpaulin, Plastic Sheeting, Ground Sheeting, Geomembrane, Tents, Shelters, Pond Lining, Canal Lining, Fumigation cover, HDPE Woven Bags, PP Woven Bags, Vermibed, PP Ropes etc.
The plants have all latest manufacturing facilities and have top quality measures for good working environment. The Company produce all their products from premium quality raw-material procured from the most renowned vendors in the market.
They are then processed under the guidance of expert professionals with the help of most modern machineries.

About Hitech Corporation Ltd

Hitech Corporation Limited, formerly known as Hi-Tech Plast Limited was incorporated in October, 1991.
The name of the Company was changed from 'Hitech Plast Limited' to 'Hitech Corporation Limited' and a Certificate of Incorporation was obtained from Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on 3rd May, 2017. Presently, the Company is engaged in the manufacturing of rigid plastic containers specially catering to customers relating to Paints, Lube agro chemical, FMCG, personal and health care and home care product as well as export market.
As at March 31, 2025, Geetanjali Trading & Investments Private Limited, the holding company owned 69.11% of the Company's equity share capital. Hitech grew to 13 manufacturing facilities across India.
The new manufacturing unit at Masat, Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Havelli commenced its commercial production in April 2003.
