Hemang Resources Limited was initially established as BCC Housing Finance and Leasing Company Limited as a Non Banking Financial Institution.
The Company was initially engaged in finance of leasing and hire purchase business.
In 1994, the name of the Company was changed to BCC Finance Limited and in 2006, it changed to Bhatia Industries & Infrastructure Limited and further was changed to Hemang Resources Limited in 2015. The Company had opted to exit from the business of a non-banking financial institution and therefore the Reserve Bank of India had in year 2006 cancelled the Certificate of Registration granted to M/s BCC Finance Limited, Indore for carrying on the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution.
Following cancellation of Registration Certificate, M/s BCC Finance Limited, cannot transact the business of a non-banking financial institution.

About Visagar Polytex Ltd

Visagar Polytex Limited was incorporated on June 16, 1983 as Barasia Holding & Trading Co Ltd. Thereafter passing necessary resolutions, Company changed its name to Visagar Polytex Limited.
The Company is into textile manufacturing, trading, wholesaling and retailing activities comprising a number of independent as well as interdependent verticals viz, Ethnic Wear (Saree/ Lehenga) wholesale, Ethnic Wear (Saree/ Lehenga) Manufacturing, Retailing (own/ franchise), Fabrics trading and Contract-based manufacturing. In 2016, the Company opened two showrooms at Mumbai and Jaipur under its Brand name VIVIDHA'.
In addition, it launched its Home Based Opportunity Scheme (HBO) for aspiring women entrepreneurs where a woman with nominal capital could approach Company. In 2017, it concentrated on its core manufacturing activities for value addition to fabrics & apparels, training of staff for special purpose embroideries, expanding client outreach by marketing efforts, adopting industry standard practices and putting Quality systems in place.
