Hilton Metal Forging Limited was initially established as a Proprietorship firm on September 13, 1997 with the object of export of pipe fittings.
Thereafter, the proprietorship firm was further incorporated as Partnership Firm in the name of 'Hilton Forge' on August 1, 2003, who took over the business of the proprietorship firm.
Further, the Partnership Firm got converted into a public limited company as Hilton Metal Forging Limited on July 21, 2005.
The Company is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing of iron and steel forging, recognized export house, presently catering to the needs of Railways, Oil & Gas, Refineries and pharmaceutical industries.
In the year 1999, the company was registered as a small scale industrial unit and they started manufacturing pipe fitting items like Stainless Steel Flanges & Stub Ends.
About National Fittings Ltd
National Fittings Limited was initially incorporated as 'Interfit Techno Products Limited' on 21 April, 1993 to manufacture and market SG Iron Grooved and Screwed Pipe Fittings, Stainless Pipe Fittings and Ball Valves for industrial and non-industrial applications.
The name of the Company was changed to 'National Fittings Limited' on 27 September, 2013.
Plant set up at Kaniyur, Tamilnadu.
Phase-I of the project commenced production in Jan.'95 to manufacture stainless steel pipe fittings with an installed capacity of 2.4 lac pieces.
While implementing phase I, the company, sensing export market for stainless steel ball valves, expanded the manufacturing facilities by adding additional building and machinery under phase II.
In Phase II, the company integrated forward into stainless steel ball valves (1200 tpa) to give value-addition to the castings it manufactures.
