About Hira Automobile Ltd

Hira Automobiles Limited, incorporated as a Private Limited Company in July, 1989, became a deemed Public Company in June, 1985 and was converted into a Public Limited Company in August, 1995.
It is promoted by Rajinder Kaur Bhattal, former cabinet minister in the Government of Punjab and D S Sangha, a NRI. The Company is an authorized dealer of Maruti Suzuki India Limited and is engaged in selling and providing after sale services of all its Brands.
The Company is also carrying on the insurance of vehicles being sold as an agent of Motor Insurance Companies.
The Company foresees tough competition in selling of cars. Apart from this, the Company is a profit making one with the sole dealership for Maruti Udyog in the Patiala district of Punjab.
It has a workshop for the service and repair of the vehicles sold in Patiala.

Tacent Projects Limited was erstwhile incorporated as Rahul Merchandising Limited in 1993.
A proprietorship concern, Rahul Industrial Corporation, engaged in garment exports was taken over by the Company in December 1993.
Rahul Industrial Corporation was a Government-recognized Export House.
With approval of the shareholders by way of Special Resolution and approval of the Registrar of Companies, vide Certificate dated December 4, 2024, the name of the Company has been changed from 'Rahul Merchandising Limited' to 'Tacent Projects Limited.' The earlier objects of the Company were primarily engaged in the business of garments, textiles, handicrafts, leather products and allied articles.
In Jun.'95, the company came out with a public issue to fund its working capital requirements and to finance the additional equipment required for the expansion of the existing unit.
