About Hitech Corporation Ltd

Hitech Corporation Limited, formerly known as Hi-Tech Plast Limited was incorporated in October, 1991.
The name of the Company was changed from 'Hitech Plast Limited' to 'Hitech Corporation Limited' and a Certificate of Incorporation was obtained from Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on 3rd May, 2017. Presently, the Company is engaged in the manufacturing of rigid plastic containers specially catering to customers relating to Paints, Lube agro chemical, FMCG, personal and health care and home care product as well as export market.
As at March 31, 2025, Geetanjali Trading & Investments Private Limited, the holding company owned 69.11% of the Company's equity share capital. Hitech grew to 13 manufacturing facilities across India.
The new manufacturing unit at Masat, Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Havelli commenced its commercial production in April 2003.

Kahan Packaging Limited was incorporated as a Public Company at Mumbai, vide Certificate of Incorporation dated February 19, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies.
The Company commenced commercial operations through Certificate of Commencement of Business dated March 14, 2013.
Led by the Promoters, Prashant Jitendra Dholakia & Rohit Jitendra Dholakia in the field of packaging industry, the Company in year 2016, commenced commercial production of woven fabrics with an installed capacity of 2,600 MTPA at Factory-I in Asangaon, Maharashtra.
Since then, it is manufacturing polymer based woven products in its state-of-the-art manufacturing set up in Mumbai. Kahan's manufacturing unit is strategically located at Thane providing with strategic and operational advantages and has a modern technology and testing equipment's with supporting environment and facilities, to ensure that the products conform to the pre-determined standards.
