About Hitech Corporation Ltd

Hitech Corporation Limited, formerly known as Hi-Tech Plast Limited was incorporated in October, 1991.
The name of the Company was changed from 'Hitech Plast Limited' to 'Hitech Corporation Limited' and a Certificate of Incorporation was obtained from Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on 3rd May, 2017. Presently, the Company is engaged in the manufacturing of rigid plastic containers specially catering to customers relating to Paints, Lube agro chemical, FMCG, personal and health care and home care product as well as export market.
As at March 31, 2025, Geetanjali Trading & Investments Private Limited, the holding company owned 69.11% of the Company's equity share capital. Hitech grew to 13 manufacturing facilities across India.
The new manufacturing unit at Masat, Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Havelli commenced its commercial production in April 2003.

Vinayak Polycon International Limited was incorporated on 31 December, 2009 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956.
The Company was demerged from Polycon International Limited, under the Demerger Scheme approved by the Hon'able High Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench vide Order dated 21 July 2011. The Company is presently in the business of manufacturing of Plastic Containers & Closures.
Its manufacturing facilities are located at Chennai.
The Company established a new factory at Kanota, Jaipur effective from 1st April, 2015. The Company has completed 15 years of journey and entering into another magnificent/ splendid year with the Mission and Vision of the Company.
It is one of the market leaders of PET Products.
