Homesfy Realty Limited was incorporated on May 6, 2011 as a Private Company with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai in the name 'Craft Financial Advisors Private Limited.
Further, name of the Company changed to Homesfy Realty Private Limited' dated July 08, 2021.
Subsequently, the status was changed to Public Company as 'Homesfy Realty Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 03, 2022. Headquartered in Thane, Maharashtra, the Company started with providing real estate broking services to real estate developers, retail buyers/ sellers and investors for residential space, in Mumbai.
Over the years, it have ventured outside of the home market of Mumbai and established the presence in other key housing markets like Bengaluru, Pune, NCR, and Dubai, which is the first international footprint to cater the NRI market.

About Swadeshi Polytex Ltd

Incorporated in March, 1970, Swadeshi Polytex Limited (SPL) was promoted by the Swadeshi Cotton Mills Company.
It entered into a collaboration with Clickers Zimmer, Frankfurt, Germany, for the purchase of machinery and supply of technical know-how.
