Subsequently, it has changed to Horizon Industrial Parks Limited' and a fresh Certificate of incorporation upon conversion to public Company dated July 28, 2025, is issued by the Central Processing Centre, The Company engages the India's largest industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator with a network of 45 assets spread across 10 cities totalling 58.
