Indian Motor Parts & Accessories Limited (IMPAL), incorporated in July, 1954 is a part TVS Group and is engaged in the distribution of automobile spare parts.
IMPAL is one of the few all India distrubutors of motra parts and deals in engine group components, brake systems, fasteners, radiators, suspensions, axles, auto electricals, wheels, steering linkages, instruments clusters etc. The company's Commercial Paper has been continuously rated as 'P1+' by CRISIL upto Rs.900 lakhs.
Company had a partnership with M/s Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Plc UK and with M/s Sundaram Finance Limited for promotion of non-life Insurance Company.
The total investment made by the company along with M/s Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company was Rs.12 Crores. During the year 2011-12, Company opened a branch in Silchar.

About Sizemasters Technology Ltd

Sizemasters Technology Limited, formerly known as Mewat Zinc Limited was incorporated in October 1991 as a Public Limited Company.
During the year 2022-23, the name of the Company was changed from Mewat Zinc Limited to Sizemasters Technology Limited w.e.f.
January 20, 2023 and resulting to change in name, the Company changed it main business activities to manufacturing, sales and distribution of precision gauges, thread gauges, API gauge, special gauges, fixtures, multi gauging, electronic gauging, measuring instruments used in Oil and Gas industry, all tools such as dial gauges and accessories. Apart from this, the Company manufactures an import-substitute product, zinc metal, by the electrolytic process.
Its plant at Gurgaon, Haryana, has a capacity to produce 3300 tons per annum of zinc, which is used in various industries for galvanising, electroplating, metallising; and also in pigments, paints, lithoplates, dry cell and other die casting alloys, chemicals, etc.
