Indifra Limited was originally incorporated as 'Starleads Consultants Private Limited' as a private Company dated May 20, 2009, with the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from 'Starleads Consultants Private Limited' to 'Airan Infrastructure Private Limited on January 24, 2012.
Thereafter, it was changed from 'Airan Infrastructure Private Limited' to 'Indifra Private Limited' on December 26, 2022.
Further, Company was converted from a Private Limited into Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Indifra Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 18, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Company is engaged in Infrastructure and Construction services including pipeline and infrastructure management and related Infrastructure development and distribution of electrical appliances.

About Simplex Infrastructures Ltd

Simplex Infrastructures Limited (SIL) is a diversified Infrastructure Company established on December 19, 1924 under the control of H.P. Lancaster of the United Kingdom, and later on was taken over by the Kolkata-based Mundra family after the Indian independence.
The Company has been executing projects in several verticals like Piling, Energy and Power, Mining, Buildings & Housing, Marine, Roads and Highways, Railways, Urban infrastructures etc. Since inception, SIL had introduced cast-in-situ driven piles in Asia, at Kolkata.
Then, the company had started construction of major Steel Plants during the year 1935 and had built King George Docs, Mumbai in 1940.
